ALERT: WOWWE’S ULTIMATE MARKETING SYSTEM HAS ARRIVED!

It’s time to take your business to a new level!

WowWe’s Ultimate Marketing System will provide you with the tools you’ll need to reach new prospects, communicate more effectively, and actually boost your ability to touch lives by sharing the WowWe opportunity.

The launch of this first phase will include the following exciting tools:

• Autoresponder: An email tool allowing you to create a series of automated video emails in response to specific “events” or actions, such as email groups, new signups, new ranks achieved, etc.
• MeURL: The ability to customize your own WowWe URL “Subdomain.”
• Message Center: Receive vital daily information from WowWe regarding 4 key “business areas.”
• New Signup Flow: A revised and improved system for new customers and affiliates to join your WowWe team.

While this impressive system will continue to evolve to meet your needs, this first phase of the rollout will give you the basic tools and understanding you’ll need to get started. As the system evolves, more tools and enhancements will be added.

Eventually, there will be a low monthly fee for using the Ultimate Marketing System which will make it a phenomenal value when compared with similar tools that are currently available. However, during this initial “beta” phase, all current WowWe affiliates will have free and total access to this system.

Additional training on the Ultimate Marketing System will continue to roll out in the coming days and weeks, but the following is a quick overview of what you need to do TODAY to start becoming familiar with this powerful system.

Autoresponder:

WowWe’s autoresponder is different than other similar tools since it is part of your back office and conveniently ties into your existing email groups. Plus, it allows you to create campaigns using video emails.

Eventually, this tool will be offered with both a “Pro” and “Lite” version. During our Beta period, there will be no charge for the WowWe autoresponder. However, you still need to visit the WowWe store to set it up.

From your WowWe back office:

1. Click on the large, green “Store” button
2. Scroll down and add the “Autoresponder” option to your cart
3. Select “Continue” and then “Check Out”
4. Once installed, go back to your Home screen and you’ll see the Autoresponder button now found on your home page. Be sure to click the green “Getting Started” link for a quick tutorial on how to create your first campaign.

Again, there currently will be no charge for the WowWe autoresponder while we are in this “beta” phase. However, we do want you to fully use this product and provide your feedback. To help you with ideas to build effective campaigns, WowWe corporate will continue to roll out special videos designed for specific markets, and even suggest particular campaigns you can create for specific purposes. Be looking for these in the near future.

MeURL/Subdomain:

This powerful tool gives you the ability to more easily direct visitors to your WowWe website. Instead of giving out the address of: www.iwowwe.com/AB0012, you can now replace your MemberID with an easy-to-remember “subdomain” name of your choice such as “Bob” or “Carol.”

To set up your customized subdomain, do the following:

1. Log in to your back office
2. Select “Personal Info” from the “Account Info” option in the main menu
3. In the Subdomain field, type in the name you want to use in future URL’s
4. Review your other account information and click the “Save” button

Once you have selected your special Subdomain name, you can then direct prospects to specific sections of your WowWe affiliate website. WowWe will continue to release new “landing pages” in the future, but for now, you can test out the system by sending individuals directly to a special page created specifically to sign up Free Video Email accounts. This can be done by directing your visitors to:

subdomain.iwowwe.com/free

Example of other pages we may launch in the future include:

subdomain.iwowwe.com/join (for New Affiliates)

subdomain.iwowwe.com/vidcom (for Video Comms customers)

subdomain.iwowwe.com/business (SMB)

Please note that any collateral or links you’ve already created using your MemberID will STILL work. This Subdomain just gives you more flexibility and ease in directing prospects to specific locations on your WowWe Affiliate website.

Message Center

To improve your ability to “stay in touch,” WowWe has included Message Center as part of the Ultimate Marketing System. This tool will provide short, concise updates about various aspects of your WowWe business, including messages from:

• Finance Manager: Giving you updates about your commissions
• Matrix Manager: Letting you know when there are changes to your organization such as new affiliates and rank advancements
• Corporate Manager: General updates from the WowWe Home Office
• System Manager: Letting you know the status of the WowWe system including maintenance updates and system downtimes.

Message Center also gives you the option to forward these messages directly to another email address or even your mobile device. To set this up, go to your WowWe Back Office and:

1. Select the Message Center option from the main menu on the left
2. Click on the Autoforward settings button
3. Enter an email address you want these forwarded to (Note: the link provided gives you examples of email addresses you can use for forwarding text messages to your phone specific to your service provider.)
4. Click “Save Changes”

While this enhancement requires no action on your part, you may want to walk through the newly enhanced signup process to become more familiar with the changes and enhancements that have been implemented.
